DISCUSSION OF DR. MORENO'S ARTICLE-"TRANSFERENCE, COUNTER-TRANSFERENCE AND TELE"

Abstract

In his article Transference Counter-Transference and Tele," Dr. Moreno has effectively pointed up some areas of confusion in our present psychiatric thinking. This in itself is a noteworthy and important task . however in clarifying some of these problem areas, Dr. Moreno has instituted new word models that suffer from the same lack of clarity and definition that is characteristic of the subjects he is studying. Consequently we see in this article a sensitive portrayal of areas of deficiency, with the addition of new areas which, however important they may be, also contain inherent defects.
