Peer Review Policy:
The Journal operates under a double-blind peer review process. All submitted manuscripts are first screened by a chief editor to assess fit with the journal’s scope, scholarly quality, and adherence to submission guidelines. Manuscripts deemed appropriate are sent to at least two independent and anonymous reviewers. Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process. Reviewers are asked to provide constructive and objective feedback based on the significance of the submission, relevance to the journal, methodological rigor, ethical integrity, and clarity of structure and writing.
All manuscripts under review are considered confidential documents. Reviewers must not share, distribute, or discuss manuscripts with third parties without editorial permission. Reviewers are required to disclose any conflicts of interest, including personal, professional, or financial relationships that could influence their evaluation.
Editors may decline submissions during the initial screening if they fall outside the journal’s scope or do not meet minimum scholarly standards. Reviewers are typically asked to submit their reports within 3–4 weeks, including a recommendation of acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection. Revised manuscripts may be returned to reviewers for further evaluation when substantial changes are required.
The final publication decision rests with the Editors-in-Chief, who consider reviewer feedback, the scholarly contribution of the manuscript, and its alignment with the journal’s standards and mission.
Plagiarism Policy
The Journal requires that all submitted manuscripts represent original work and properly credit the ideas, words, and data of others through appropriate citation and references. Plagiarism includes copying text without attribution, paraphrasing without citation, presenting another author’s ideas as one’s own, substantial reuse of previously published work without disclosure (self-plagiarism), and duplicate submission to other journals. Authors are responsible for ensuring proper citation and obtaining permission for any copyrighted material. Submission to the Journal confirms that the work is original and complies with accepted standards of scholarly publishing ethics.
All manuscripts may be screened for plagiarism during the editorial and peer review process. Submissions with significant overlap or evidence of academic misconduct may be rejected or returned for revision. If plagiarism is identified after publication, the journal may issue a correction, expression of concern, or retraction.
