Abstract

It is with great satisfaction that we announce the establishment of the Foundation as a non-profit corporation under the laws of the State of California. From the charter are extracted the following statements of its purposes:

To engage in teaching, training, practice and research in sociometry, psychodrama, group psychotherapy, role-playing and related subjects.To establish and maintain standards for the professional application of these methods.

To serve as a center for the gathering and dissemination of information regarding the use and development of these action methods by educational, clinical and research organizations. To apply the principles of psychodrama, sociometry and related group methods to the public welfare.
