USING GROUP PROCESS IN IN-SERVICE TRAINING

Abstract

828 "graduates" and two and a half years later, it's time to sit down and evaluate what's been going on in the Human Relations classes for employees in the Los.Angeles City Schools. Perhaps in the very process of describing how and why and what we've done, there will be some new information for those who are teachers in the field or for those administrators who are considering this kind of program. The size of our organization may multiply the problems, but still we are talking about people working together and how we can help them.
