Zurich was bursting at its seams on the morning of August 29th in expectation of 3,000 visitors for the Psychiatric Congresses. Many arrived early to take advantage of the addresses and discussions on the Group. Delegates from all lands had been invited. Dr. W. J. Warner officially opened the Congress, imparting the overall gracious touch characteristic of him. He then let others plunge seriously into the subject at band.
