ONTOLOGY OF GROUP FORMATION

Abstract

There are a number of conditions of which we are unaware or at least to which we do not pay sufficient attention when we form a group. From a puristic and scientific angle however full awareness of all the preliminaries leading up to group formation are necessary so that the participants learn to understand and control the intervening factors. If they 'remain unanalyzed they may interfere with and disturb the dynamic life of the group.
