SOCIODRAMAAbstract
Sociodrama means the drama of the socius, a process by means of which social truth, truth about social structures and conflicts, can be explored and taught by means of dramatic methods. In the albeit classic form of sociodrama there are four steps, warming up and choice of social planning, production and analysis. The director or teacher approaches the group as follows: ·Is there any social issue which in your opinion requires immediate attention and which is pertinent to the welfare of the city, of the nation, of mankind? One member of the group raises the issue: Relation between white and negro"; another member raises a second issue, "The relation between love and marriage." Another raises a third issue, "The relation between employer and employee." No other issue is raised
