Abstract

It has been felt that prisons, with their two hundred and fifty thousand population in this country, constitute a particularly fruitful place for group therapy. Of course, the question arises: To what degree is the confined antisocial personality treatable? In 1932 Moreno presented a group psychotherapy plan for prisons. Gradually the recommendations be made in this monograph on the subject are beginning to bear fruit.
