Warming-Up, Action Methods, and Related Processes
Keywords:
spontaneity, theatre games, improvisation, J.L. Moreno, Viola SpolinAbstract
The idea of warming-up did not start only with Moreno. Other pioneers of spontaneity
training and further applications deserve recognition. Some new books on warm-up
techniques and new developments in neuroscience invite a reconsideration of this
fundamental dynamic in psychology.
